Go to Amazon.ca and sign into your account with your email and password. Make sure you're logged in before proceeding to your orders.
Navigate to "Your Orders" or "Returns" in your account. You can find this in the top navigation menu. Look for the MK UrbanAura product you wish to return.
Click the "Return items" button next to your MK UrbanAura product. Select the reason for return from the dropdown menu. Amazon accepts various reasons including changed mind, item defective, item not as described, etc.
Amazon will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You can print this label or use a QR code at participating drop-off locations. Standard return shipping is FREE.
Pack your item securely in original packaging. Affix the return label to the outside and drop it off at any authorized carrier location (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Keep your tracking number for your records.
Once Amazon receives your return, the refund is processed automatically. Refunds typically appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
