Shipping Methods & Rates

All of our products are shipped through Amazon Canada, which offers multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

Shipping costs for orders under $40 will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing

Once you place an order through Amazon Canada:

• Your order is confirmed immediately and you'll receive a confirmation email
• Processing typically takes 24 hours. Large or special orders may take up to 48 hours
• You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships
• Track your package in real-time through your Amazon account

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or higher shipping costs.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to Canadian addresses. We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.

Order Tracking

All orders can be tracked through your Amazon account:

• Log into your Amazon Canada account
• Navigate to "Your Orders"
• Select the order you wish to track
• Click "Track Order" to see real-time delivery updates
• You'll also receive email updates at key stages (order confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered)

Damaged or Lost Packages

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

• Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund
• Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact Amazon customer service immediately
• Amazon Protection: All orders are covered by Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee protection, ensuring you're covered in case of issues

Address Changes

Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address before your order ships, log into your Amazon account and update the address immediately. Contact us right away if you need urgent assistance.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. If delivery is incorrect, work with Amazon customer service or contact us for assistance.

Bulk Orders & Wholesale

For large orders or wholesale inquiries, special shipping arrangements may be available. Please contact our team to discuss bulk shipping options.
